Am I Sick?

A questionnaire to use for yourself when you begin to feel ill:

  1. Are my ill feelings physical or mental?
  2. Am I feeling guilty about something I have done?
  3. Have I been unkind or treated someone unjustly?
  4. Is there something I need to communicate to someone?
  5. Am I being selfish?
  6. Am I pushing myself too hard?

I forgive myself and others. I release all resentment toward:

I am responsible for the maintenance and care I give my body.
