Am I Sick?
A questionnaire to use for yourself when you begin to feel ill:
- Are my ill feelings physical or mental?
- Am I feeling guilty about something I have done?
- Have I been unkind or treated someone unjustly?
- Is there something I need to communicate to someone?
- Am I being selfish?
- Am I pushing myself too hard?
I forgive myself and others. I release all resentment toward:
